Almost all of my images consist of multiple exposures that are combined to even out the lighting outside and in. It is a time consuming but essential part of modern real estate photography. The images are colour and verticals corrected and your business watermark applied if required.
They are optimised for web use. Larger size images can be provided for boards at no additional cost.
I edit all of my work myself to ensure consistent, high quality results.
I shoot homes on bright sunny days to make them pop! It is worth waiting even a few extra days for the right weather when selling homes at todays prices.
My evening shots are taken onsite. They are not evening overlay, dusk to dawn creations. You just can't match the feel of natural light!
(Replacing skies and overlays can be provided if you are on a very tight schedule.)
